Statement: This is the third piece in a series that explored the use of color and form to create variations in similar theme.

The wool fabric for the moons comes from men's suit swatches given to by a friend who worked in the men's department at Neiman Marcus.

I named it the Moon Series because each piece would feature one or more moons. The background colors could be interpreted as the atmosphere colors of the world where the plant is growing under the light of the moons.
